Every candidate submits a GitHub repository. We audit for reproducibility, documentation, and architecture.

The Domain Interview
A 30-minute technical screen with a Senior Bioinformatician — to assess problem-solving skills, coding style, and domain knowledge. We ask candidates to explain their code and thought process.

The "Verified" Badge
Candidates who pass both stages earn the Verified status. They are added to our private registry and matched with employers based on their verified skills and experience.
